It’s different
The reason being is, a character in a game is made by a large company to either enhance the story, act as a advertisement tool or just to be admired by the fans, making a figure of that wouldn’t be stealing as long as you don’t claim the character as your own personal work
In this case, this is a personal OC of an artist, meaning it’s personal to them and identifies them in the internet if they use it as a profile picture and such
Making a figure of this and using it would be fine I suppose as long as you don’t claim it as your character BUT, artists typically aren’t okay with their character appearing in stuff they weren’t asked permission to appear in
So if Emilio made this, and used it as his own personal character, that’s stealing art and it’s wrong, if he’s uses it as just a secondary side character, it’s still sorta wrong
Sidenote, there’s no issue with telling someone to do something themselves. If someone gets help for every little thing in their life, by the time they’re an adult they’ll be so babied they won’t know how to react to not be treated as such
It’s not cruel to tell someone to do something themselves as long as you aren’t harsh about it, it betters them as an artist and a person for them to go the way of the most resistance and try and learn new skills

I guess I could agree, but the fact the person put there art online is basically spreading the whole thing everywhere, also he/she has there signature on there so as long has Emilio isn’t CLAIMING the thing and still is showing the original owner doesn’t mean he/she should be “yelled” at (This is a social media so technically I really don’t know if your yelling, but the way some people replied made me feel that way.)
Now I do see where your coming from and yes, I agree with you, but I am making the assumption that Emilio is young and the fact we are doing favors for people way older and than “yelling” at some kid who likes furries for expressing what he loves on this website.

I am not yelling, do not loop me in with others just because I share a similar opinion
And no, your logic is skewed still, yes we can help younger people once and a while, that’s not what I’m saying I’m saying it’s bad to do all the time because they’ll never learn
The really good users on here don’t help eachother 24/7 either, it just doesn’t happen

I c, in that case I agree with you. But I think others (not you) should say the same thing you said, but in more of a “positive” way. Not saying to only do so to Emilio but to everyone, cus that’s just a good thing to do.
@gamingdemonfox
You made one before right?
Y’mean Glitch?
Yes now can you make this one
Anthro**
Looks like a furry to me
The correct term is ”Anthro”, Jack
DickSlammer36*
And I said “to me”
Meaning it’s my opinion not a proven fact
Yet it’s the same tho
Firstly, this isn’t your art nor your character so it would be stealing someone else’s work which is a really bad thing to do
Secondly, if you want to get good make your own figures, you won’t get anywhere If everyone makes stuff for you
I don’t understand.
Somebody gets a character from a game and say “Can you make this”
And somebody says “Yeah sure”
Emilio says “Can somebody make this?”
And everybody goes sicko mode on him saying “THIs IsNT YOuRs” or “Do iT YoUrSeLF”

Thank you for the advice =3
I agree with your second point but to be fair everyone and their grandmother is up in here asking for someone to make x or y all the time
as for “Firstly, this isn’t your art nor your character so it would be stealing someone else’s work which is a really bad thing to do”
that’s really not a rule

Wait, your comment just stopped at and, AND WHAT? WHAT!!
Do it yourself
I’m pretty sure he/she knows this with the obvious fact that it says “Lineart by clown-grin”
