so surprisingly as simple as the dipper design is it’s already at max node limit just his head, so I think this idea got flushed down the toilet, if I feel like it I might make a simple version without outlines, I’m not sure how it would look but I would hope it would look good
also I @‘d you cause you gave me the idea
ur fault -

Tbh like 500-600 nodes would allow some amazing stickfigures and super detailed
True, very true, we need sticknodes pc, it would most likely work well for high nodes, I’m sure computers can handle that stuff
A phone easily handle it too but most definitely pc can
Sorry lol…. Maybe just make the head, and then make the body… Cut off simple things like the eyes… Instead of making the eyes from scratch, make them circles. Make a black circle with a thickness of 47 ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
And add another circle right under it with a thickness of 40 ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ and boom! No need QN entire outline…. Probably… ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
o
Nvm tho… You already did it without the outline… And it looks perfect
true
Ima make Mabel next, I just haven’t gotten a straight forward side view of hers yet, just a front view
👍
Cut some nodes between each set of outlines.
Keep the main curved nodes
I could’ve done that too but it would lose its detail and polyfill still would take too much nodes
Hold on
No, it can’t be
You mean to tell me you used a polyfill to fill in the shape.
Luckily I made this around 2 days ago: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fhj-zKM1M0M
ok first of all idk why I wasn’t subscribed, done now. Second of all I mean sometimes polyfills just feel more efficient to me, imo.
They are effective yes, but they take up a massive amount of nodes even doubling them sometimes so it isn’t worth it.
huh..
Polyfills:
Cons:
-Take up more nodes than usual
-Can double the node count on the nodes already there if you select them all.
Pros:
-Can be used for more advanced features
-Are good at filling accurately but node count increases dramatically
I mean I don’t use polyfills by EVERY node, I usually try to find ways to cut corners, cause I know they can add more nodes to a figure
