others can only help you so much, what do *you* want to make? (Idk who/what character we’re talking about) but is he a good guy, bad guy? Special powers? Human? Human-ish? What do you yourself want, look up character art on google for inspiration, and take ideas you like, piece them together, and make your dude

okay so you wanna go with the simple cartoony style, that’s fine
if you want to add “simple details” you can look to a character like this for reference
the strap around the torso, you can pull that off above, maybe with some type of insignia as well
or not

he’s find as he is if that’s your style, that’s the point
And I get that now, I shouldn’t try to get up to someone else’s style if that’s not me, anyways I made look a bit better (Imo anyway…) ima post it and I made a couple figs yesterday
