what happens is this

i download like 200-300 stickfigure submissions

i go through and approve them in chronological order (except custom thumbnails they go first since they’re easy)

once I have a bunch approved I then scatter them across folders to be uploaded over the next 1,2,3,4… days (this is where they may fall out of chronological order a little)

the next day I approve more of that initial 200-300 downloads and scatter those as well

and so on
