Yes it does look like one, but that’s the thing, it is a priapulid worm.
Also that’s called a ottoia.
It is a burrowing ambush predator so it will eat anything near it’s burrow, the burrow itself has two holes, one were eats from and the other where it takes a potty. The worm itself btw is 8 centimeters long so it will not do anything harmful to you.
