look, not all good swords are Katanas, in fact there are many swords that out-compete it like the powerful chops of the Falchion or the brutal stabs of the Rapier. i’ll presume you want a sword of some kind so i’ll ask you to look on google images for HISTORICAL images of these certain swords:
1) Falchion
2) Rapier
3) Khopesh
4) Kopis
5) Zweihander
6) Terbutje

yeah, the blade shape dictates that it’s a straight edged Katana. the crossguard nearly makes it a Falchion, though the blade isn’t broad enough
