I don’t want to sound rude, so this is just for minor improvements… I understand this is only an animating test, so you can use my advice if you want I really don’t care…

Add a little shakiness to the hat before it blows away… to show that it’s pretty windy outside, there needs to be more things blowing. He could be trying to fight the wind, or his cape could be flapping a bit before the hat gets blown away…

Try adding a more surprised expression when the hat flies away, like he’s saying “oh shit my hat flew away,” and he turns his head back and fourth like he truly has no clue where it went. When he jumps back, he kinda just… goes? There’s no buildup or preparation… try adding another step before he jumps…
