I agree.
Hate is an evil thing in the World. I don’t think that LGBTQ+ individuals should be harassed, condemned, or hated on to any degree, and for any other person for that matter on the same basis of who they are. When referring to the comments regarding ALL Christians I was just addressing some common insinuations and misconceptions that some people may have, not towards you personally.
However, I still hold fast to the belief that individual’s at the end of days will be judged by their own merits and self-conduct down on Earth during their lifetime. Homosexuality, as defined by the Bible, is a sin. That’s doesn’t necessary constitute the need for a witch-hunt of all gay people, unnecessary hating and ridicule of such individuals. And it’s perfectly fine if you don’t agree, like you said, we hold different opinions and views.
Like I said, judgement is not UNTO us (Christians on Earth) to give! We are not God, we do not sit on the throne.I especially like the ending remark you left there at the end, and I agree wholeheartedly. Like you said, it’ll probably never happen where in a perfect world nobody holds prejudices or hateful views against others. I feel sad to say this but just, fundamentally blurring out what the Bible says is twisting God’s original word for us as Christians that we follow. I hope you understand, and I mean no hate by it.
You have a very mature and well-mannered outlook on the world and how it should be. As a follower of Christ there is some discrepancies and disagreements I may have but I still agree on the point of Love, not hate. What I was trying to convey is a neutral, nuanced stance, of at least, my views on the issue. And though we may not agree on some points I appreciate the time you’ve taken to reply back and put forth your position and views on the matter. It’s been an informative and enlightening conversation, hope you have a good day.

It’s fine to have differing beliefs and when it comes to this sort of stuff, LGBTQ+ is a very muddy gray area especially among Christian at the denomination and even individual level.
Personally, when it comes to this sort of topic it’s best to leave it at this: Homosexuality defined by the Bible is a sin that should be condemned by death. I don’t think this value should stand in contemporary modern society, especially the death part. Unlike that of Biblical days, we don’t stone people anymore, we don’t mass-genocide nor wage war against others for ethnic or religious reasons (Mostly).
There are parts of the World that will still condemn people to death for homosexuality though this isn’t reflected in many other places around the globe. Personally, I say leave such judgement to God. I find that as a Christian, it is not our place to judge others, hate-monger, sow fear and distraught towards other people, even if we don’t agree with them.
The Lord says to love thy neighbor as yourself, that upon judgement day you will be judged before the Throne upon your own merits and self-conduct, not for the actions of those around you, your parents, or anybody else. The over-generalization that ALL Christians believe that Homosexuals, Transgender individuals, etc. should be condemned and hate upon is not reflected among the entirety of the religion. Billions of people believe in Christianity and to different degrees, with slightly different believes, there are a plethora of different denominations that believe in different things. The Bible is interpreted differently by everybody.
Not every Christian is hateful. Just like in every community there are extremists and loud groups of people who paint the entirety of community in a bad light, just like in LGBTQ+, just like in Christianity, just like in every large-scale belief, fandom, thought-group ever. I hope that you don’t hold all Christians in a negative-light because of your past and present experiences. Like Wacka said, there are individuals who believe in the religion and actively support the Pride movement all the same. It’s just these negative lights that reflect poorly on the entirety of community that give these terms a bad connotation.

Ngl you guys let these little kids live rent free in your head. Best course of action is to ignore or report not sit around with binoculars waiting for the next online mental breakdown from a 13 year old child.
