Just plan ahead and execute the collab carefully. Perhaps create a google document detailing rules, guidelines, general premise, etc.
Try to generate general interest in possible participants who you think may want to participate in the collab, take care of logistics such as BG music, editing, and how many entries is likely to be in the collab. Then formulate a method of submission to help compile entries until the deadline of the collab.
