Thinking of making an armed civilian/paramilitary survivor militia against whites and military similar to the guerillas in the image. Thoughts?
Would survivor paramilitary stickfigures be cool?

Maybe have the civilians join up with the military and fight together against the virus, unless it’s a violent bandit group that takes a liking in killing people. Then go for it

I’ll give you some advice. For the sake of things, let’s use the example of the soldiers gigan posted below.
You first can add simple shirt cuffs, it’ll make it seem that the stick has actual clothes on instead of just colored nodes.
Second, I would add some wrinkles to clothing when it comes to the knee and shoe, as well as fixing the layering of the shoe so that it doesn’t clip with the segment above it and make it look janky.
Use real life references as well when it comes to details when making uniforms/gear.

Lmao if your sticks suck then just make better ones.
The only way your sticks aren’t being accepted is that A. They are just not quality (which, is a threshold not hard to beat when it comes to getting a stick accepted), or
B. Waittime of 2 weeks
If your stickfigure isn’t on the site after 2 weeks then they just aren’t quality enough to be uploaded onto it, other people won’t really find use in them, and you should go back to the drawing board. 🤷♂️
Focus on developing your skills in making stickfigures and ask for feedback/tips on how to make them better.

I love overly detailing the torso only to forget the huge ass arm is going to block it all
shoulders add a whole level of depth to figures so yes
do it
