I’d say 50% done with tweaking Part 1. Short list of tweaks:
-Removed second guy dying, lessens memory use/makes animation a bit shorter
-Revamped first guy dying
-Added camera movement during Ladder dude’s escape

Things I have in plan
-Re-doing Glock shot
