No it’s not.

It’s just adding more frames with that little “Add Frame” button and slowing the frame rate with the FPS button and text box.

Nothing requires tweening to be on.

All he said was to slow it down. That doesn’t mean tween it, that doesn’t mean don’t tween it. That means drop the frame rate but add more frames, or make the frame rate higher and drop some frames.

User’s Choice isn’t based on the creator or their attitude. It’s based on how the figure looks, feels, and if its even compatible.

If they sucked, they may have been too low quality to be uploaded (its not like Ralph has standards the Sonics on this site are hot garbage).

Things don’t get uploaded instantly. Ralph uploads 10 or 12 everyday and it will take a day or two (if sent with thumbnail) or around a week (without one.)

The halts that he has when he lays on the ground seem a little choppy and slow.
