Dylan is back:

(Well, the dude was my first OC)
long story short:

Demons killed his family.
In turn for emotions, he got power.
And in turn for power, he can only feel 1 emotion. Which is Anger.

Dylan has the Tribunal Dimension infused within his soul, and since Dylan wanted Vengeance a cap was added on him.
If Dylan gets too angry, he wipes himself out of existence having all actions reset to 0.

so, Dylan has 3 forms (which used to be 6, 8 years ago.)

and 2 states.
Dylan:
Brown eyes, emotionless, just there.

A n g e r:
Red eyes, A N G E R Y, will most likely kill you.

And 3 ungodly forms.
Which I guess ill explain later.
