It’s name is veroose and it’s basically a super virus made by the government designed to infect both humans and other animals AND computers and technology. Only real flaw with it is that veroose can’t actually reproduce or multiply, only parasitise and control. Also the blue and red skin is usually the remains of the last individual he infected.
