A punch to the face or stomach can be critical for anyone even a male so to punch a female is dangerous as they tend to have less muscle and better structure than men, their skin is also very soft and delicate and considering skin care routines it will be. A mans face is usually tougher through training or such.
Instead a well placed kick to the shin should not only be difficult to notice and stop but would likely cause no permanent damage.

While I was playing Doom Eternal I was taking a look at my milestones, I saw a milestone that peaked my interest. I forgot what it was called but you had master all the combat shotgun mod upgrades or some shit, and the reward for completing the milestone gets you the Praetor Combat Shotgun Skin, I thought the skin would look like the combat shotgun skin from Doom 2016, I was wrong. Instead I obtained a shotgun skin with orange and green coloring.
