You can’t really talk to him through it, it just notifies him that you mentioned him. People usually @ him in case an emergency or you just have an idea you want to suggest.

i actually just uploaded it today
but you’re lucky because you couldn’t have done it more wrong
there was no subject or anything written in the email
get that sorted out if you submit again in the future
