its pretty good honestly, you’re hitting the poses all right and the fluidity is there although a bit choppy
to get even better fluidity + less choppiness however the main thing it seems you just gotta focus on easing certain movements, right now it seems they’re either moving all-out or not moving, just a couple frames of slowing down to a pose or easing out of a pose would make it look much smoother
