Canister's over engineered quick draw katana

“The ‘DRE-8’ is a prototype katana, or rather a sheath for a katana designed for quick draw. Unlike the cool brazilian wind’s sheath, this one uses the same technology as coil guns to propel the blade out of its scabbard. As it is a prototype, the device is prone to failures, but since I play with multiple amps at 12V, I am not mad, I designed the grip to be electrically isolated, same for the katana.”

Time for the questionning

“Why a katana?” —> mgr it looks cool, but there are better choices of weapons

“Why an electric quick draw sheath?” —> mgr A tiny bit of Canister is a self insert, and despite my love for programming, and CS in general, I still have a bg in (and love for) electronics, so that’s why

“Why this design?” —> I’m somewhat of a messy personne when it comes to electronics, that and I’m a sucker for prototype / rougher esthetics, looks dope imo
