I just did this DBZ animation. I think it’s still beginner. What do you guys think?

you got the right mindset and ambition (lots of camera work, effects, etc)
moves a bit too fast which tells me you’re using a higher FPS, which might be okay, but you’re not doing enough actual animating – as in, you’re doing a lot of pose-to-pose stuff without enough in-between frames
or at least, since DBZ fighting moves are very fast, you need some ease-out frames after a big punch or kick or something, don’t just have the characters enter into statue mode

I like how the only difference with the black dude is he grew a bit taller

And besides he’s not wearing his costume (still making that as well)
