So, uh, kind of forgot about the group, but I’ve been working hard on the sprites still. I restarted from the beginning since I learned a lot about hue shifting since I started this. I’ve been mixing the colors from the sprites with the colors from the official art to get a sort of semi-art-accurate sprite, then hue shifting those colors instead of just picking and choosing. I also decided that I can add extra colors where they’re needed, or completely swap out colors if it comes down to it. With this new method I end up with these new soft-looking sprites.
