Well, the one in Hyrule castle is armed with a Savage Lynel Sword and Savage Lynel Shield which is fortunately the easiest to deal with (the ones weilding clubs are nightmarish). Basically, these are it’s attacks and how to beat them.
Triple swipe: as it begins to slash at you, backflip over and over till you hit a flurry rush.
Charging swipe: wait till it gets close then backflip.
Enraged charge: it’s get on all… Six i guess… And charge at you, side step to dodge.
Explosion: if it suddenly thrusts out it’s chest and roars… F**KING RUN.
Fire Blast: it will fire three balls of fire one after the other at you, sprint to the side to avoid.
Pro tips: use a bow to land a headshot and stun it. Bomb arrows are VERY effective
