Don\’t worry, it\’s not dying out, just, progress is a little bit slow, that\’s all.

well it would be a property on a node, like “color” or “scale” I assume
Correct
I feel like some users would find use ofo it but ok.

The software wouldn\’t need to identify each node though

…I meant a thing in the animation workspace (not the figure creation workspace) for each of the non-static nodes.

@ralph hear me out here (this is how I\’m going to start every idea from now on), but I feel like there could be a \”wobble\” effect on certain values of a stickfigure, for example a \”wobble\” on Segment Angle would make the segment\’s angle randomly change a little bit in a similar fashion to \”Camera Wobble\”. Intensity and speed customisable.
Examples:
Angle Wobble:
You have a couple of main figures chatting and breathing and crud, and there\’s a tonne of unique figures in the background and you\’re too lazy to make movieclips for each and every one of those said figures. You just apply an Angle Wobble to each segment of those figures and they are no longer doing the mannequin challenge in the background while the main guys are chatting.
Length Wobble:
There isn\’t exactly too many uses for this, but it could be used on a character\’s torso segment to add a subtle breathing effect where not the entire body is moving, or a puffed out effect on the stomach, having it squash and stretch quickly because a character has just ran 50km at full pace from the scariest thing you\’re ever seen. Or maybe they\’re just on drugs and everything is changing length from their point of view (don\’t do drugs, kids)
Thickness Wobble:
This can be used for most of the same things as Length Wobble, and the two together could make some hyper-realistic movements.I get that these would be a nightmare to code in, but you coded camera wobble to do its thing through delays, so you can handle it, right?
(P.S if you have any questions about this, just ask. I am extremely tired as of right now so my typing is kinda small-brained rn)
-
But how will the software identify each part of the stickfigure, if it was automatic it would look like a monkey with epilepsy (like many users who don’t know how or when to use camera wobble) although it’s possible to mark each part as a torso or an arm I don’t think the app has enough space to code something you can simply do with movieclips

That’s what I meant too
I never said figure creation-

it’s actually not a bad idea the only “problem” is it’s just TOO SPECIFIC as in, 99.99% of users will never use this but yet it will be there eating up UI space making the app more complicated to navigate than it already is (oof)
lots of these ideas I like (this is actually a cool one) but it’s in the “Stick Nodes PC if i ever make it lol” pile

That’s what I’m saying
There might be ways to do it but it would be too-
Wait it’s exactly what you said never mind -
