Thinking of making some more figs of cat units and enemy units from The Battle Cats. Should I? And if so, which cat units/enemy units? I already have some of the more simple ones made, but I will attempt some of the more complex ones such as B-cyclone (already attempted it, thought it looked cool but had to put into 2 figs because complex).

So, any suggestions? Here’s a list of all the units I already made:
Cat units:
Axe Cat, Brave Cat, Cat Base (yes, I do make bases for the two sides for my animations), Cat, Crazed Gross, Crazed Moneko, Gross Cat, Hyper Mr., Killer Cat, Macho Cat, Miss Moneko, Sexy Legs Cat (No, that does not make this post belong in Thicc Nodes), Tank Cat, Wall Cat
Enemy Units:
Assassin Bear, B-Cyclone (split into 2 parts and requiring extremely complex animation to actually look good), Crazed Gross (fig doubles up as cat unit and enemy unit), Crazed Moneko (Also an enemy unit), Doge, Hyper Mr. (yes, I get it), Killer Cat (a fourth CatUnit-EnemyUnit), Ms Sign, Murder of Murderous Intent (AKA Doge Dark), Snache, Teacher Bear, Those Guys (all in one fig)

Anyone want me to submit any of them?

Alright, time to take a look down the memory lane of this site.

I’ve done some “research” (AKA looking at other people’s old posts) to make this “timeline”

The Tiny Era: When the site first started, it was a small group of people who weren’t always looking for an excuse to fight someone else. Then it started growing. I believe that I was actually in the first fifth that had an account on this site. In February, 2018, I joined. It seemed like a nice place, so I started making characters using the app. I had been using the app since like 2017.

Next, the Growing Era. Nothing too interesting happened here, but the site GREW and I repeat, GREW! And I mean – like – a lot.

And then things started going downhill. There was beef between some of the popular users (seriously though, does anyone still remember the rivalry that used to be between Ramox and Epitaph?), people started becoming more toxic, and in general everyone wanted an excuse to fight someone else. Epitaph has some posts that point out all the errors of the Toxic Era. There were still small groups of nice guys, but most of the users were toxic. “Oh, someone put a scarf on their dude? ATTACK THEM!!!” was the mindset of quite a few of the users. I even got attacked a couple times for having a scarf on my old character (which I’m thinking of recycling into a newer more original character). So I made a new character. And got attacked because apparently tails are also cringe…? I dunno, I chose a tail because there didn’t seem to be many figs with tails.
TL;DR, most users just wanted an excuse to attack eachother and the site became toxic.

And then we have what I’ll call the “Uphill Era”, which is what we’re in now. It started around about the time when Ralph made the Official Stick Nodes Minecraft Server. Users started being a bit less toxic, and they acted towards eachother as friends (for the most part) on Minecraft. And now, we’re still in this era, and Ralph is finally caring about the rules of his website. You can still find a few toxic idots around, but it’s kinda hard. The site is becoming a bit more like the Tiny Era, only quite a lot bigger. Now that we’re becoming more of a nice animation community where users are allowed to have their own opinion and express it, let’s keep it this way. And if it has to change, let’s make it a positive change. There’s two possible roads in the future.

Road 1: the Positive Road. This road takes the users down the Positivity Lane, and they’ll be able to express their opinion without anyone being rude to them for it. Users will be allowed to do whatever they want as long as it complies with the rules of the site, and it will overall just stand out as a nice place where everyone isn’t, paraphrased to the wise words of Epitaph, “Brainwashed to do whatever they want which results in everyone doing the exact same thing”. The site will stand out from the others as a nicer site if this road is chosen.

Road 2: The Hellfire. This road essentially takes users back into the Toxic Era, only exaggerated. In this road, everyone wants to fight eachother again, the nice people won’t end up surviving in the mess of toxicity, and the people who can come up with the best comebacks and the best insults to one-another will be the ones that survive in this world. There’s not a snowball in hell’s chance of the place standing out if this road is chosen, and if that snowball somehow doesn’t melt, the site would be known for its toxicity. Nobody wants it to go down this road, so let’s stick to Road 1.

TL;DR, The site was tiny and nice, then it got big, then it got toxic, then it started getting less toxic, and now it will either be not toxic at all, or a 100% hellfire.

I’m back and thinking of starting a series that is 100% by me.

Quick question, is a scarf fig still cringy if the scarf adds to the character’s personality and isn’t the only thing that they’re wearing?
