you tried to do too many keyframes for the runs
at such implied high speed, it’d almost be nothing but smear effects and basically 2 maybe 3 keyframes of a run on loop (legs moving so fast, so you don’t see the full cycle)

I don’t think the GIF really does it justice, it’s kind of tricky to make out details and looks quite pixelated. For what I can see though generally speaking it looks pretty good.
