For anyone wondering what happened here
A year ago, there was a TV livestream to celebrate Godzilla’s 68th anniversary. The picture we see is actually employees loading in Godzilla and Gigan (godzilla Character) costumes for the selected people to dress as for the “Godzilla vs Gigan” short, and the image is sadly edited to seem like it was in the news. But if I would suspect this was real and not edited, I assume Willow shot him.
