Did you know That utroms were going to appear since Dr Perry was a utroms,and it was gonna be revealed. but due to krang existing they cut it out.
This also goes with Baxter stockman he would have been in the film but he got replaced and they wanted shredder to return.
also Bebop and rocksteady would have been in the film But Peter laird found them stupid and retarded and we got tokka and rahzar. And Casey was going to be in the film but we got keno instead due to how Casey was in the 1st movie.
