Lemme tell you about SAKUGA.

Basically, Sakuga in anime is the money shot, it’s the big hook it’s what get’s you pumped and attached.

You see, Anime usually have very strict budgets, because of this you may have noticed how most scenes in anime are just static pictures, with a few mouth frames to simulate talking, move that camera a bit and BOOM, you have your average anime scene! Now obviously if anime was all boring talking shots no one would like it, and that’s where Sakuga comes in!

Sakuga IS the budget. It’s usually that final fight scene with the best choreography and the fluid, smooth animation.

Even though most of the time Sakuga can be pretty good, sometimes it’s pretty bad, soo let me introduce the meme itself, the scene everyone loves to hate:

THE NARUTO PAIN FIGHT.

Now on paper, the animation is not that bad, it’s actually pretty fluid and expressive. The problem is; IT LOOKS F#$KING STUPID

This is supposed to be a pivotal moment in the series, Pain just killed Naruto’s friends, and destroyed the entire village, and the fight looks like some Looney Toons Bull Sh!t.
