Simply upping the damage makes the game so much better.
Only thing I’d do differently is add revives back so classes like the medic don’t become useless.

assuming high risk = if you jump from >8ft with all that gear dude realistically breaks his ankles and lies there until he’s shot
By high risk it means no way to restore health and no revives. Plus deadlier guns.
