The community is what drove me away from the site. The majority of people are self centered and are basically generic, they don’t want to be unique and are quick to appease people for a minuscule ego boost. The amount of people who actually do this is quite astounding a disappointing at the same time, people like me who want to take their time on making something that THEY like are instantly shut out by those who work to appease others and not themselves. Another reason is the toxic cesspool that is this community, it’s quite obvious to see why other communities look down upon us because of our toxicity. While I am not bashing Ralph at all for his moderation but he does a shitty job at moderation, so many SN related causes such as harassment, raiding, and doxxing all comes from people within the community and nothing gets done about it. This part will be controversial but perverted material is common here, I will not say his name but I will say we are back on good terms but we do not talk much, if he is reading this whatever you do now is not my concern and vice versa, I’m only speaking of the past and not the future. I have no doubt that you’ve changed but this is not meant to negatively affect you in any ways. Thicc Nodes was an issue, it’s like a society that is completely run by sexual desires, I can see now why it was deleted and it was deleted for a good reason. All of these reasons can explain why the community isn’t fun anymore, not sense the “drama” started it just killed the fun and everybody who was once here faded from existence.

Yeah , drama was here , but it has died recently
Self centered could be the way a person views things , the time taking people being shut out , I don’t really see it unless the work is on something looked down upon by a lot of the internet (Mot really relevant games , etc)

don’t get me wrong there are some assholes, but they’re everywhere in life

SN is honestly a really fun site, idk how we got to this point but it’s like a little small internet community of animations and shitposts for laughs, I like it
