you can find it in the “Export GIF” menu at the bottom
it’s just a setting, usually associated with GIFs
it adds noise to the color to try to blend gradients betterhope that helps, kinda tough to explain

If a stickfigure is on a frame but it is not on the next frame, it will “disappear” during the tweening phase from frame 1 into frame 2
this can be an undesired effect sometimes, so checking that box keeps the stickfigure during that transition
it’s kinda named weird but idk what else to call it lol
