Right now, I find myself liking the hand-drawn version much more. Digital art is supposed to give you the tools to create perfect lines and curves, but it seems like your hand-drawn ghost did a better job at this.
The importance of this is found in one of my designs for example. It’s simple, but utilising the precise tools gives it a professional look:
Yet, even myself, don’t often do it properly. The stars aren’t actually precisely aligned.
Recommend watching some tutorials, as digital art is a totally different skillset than hand-drawings.

Its honestly pretty difficult trying to do any other art outside of hand drawings, so its definitely going to take a while before I get to the same level in digital art, but, progress requires patience, I’ll get there eventually.
