Fun Fact: Due to the early morning mist, the gunpowder residue, and all the dirt rising up from the gunfight of the previous night, when Ned Kelly walked up to the police for his final stand, they had no idea Ned was wearing a bulletproof armor (since it was his first time using it), and as they fired at the bulletproof, 7ft tall armored beheamoth that some men described as “A figure resembling that of the ghost of Hamlet’s father”, most of them were convinced they were fighting something non-human, with some constables exclaiming “That’s a damn Bunyip!” Or “That aint Ned Kelly, that’s Satan himself!”
