Went to an antique store down in Oxnard and ended up finding this dope ass sabre, no idea about the year though, asked the guy on the counter and he said he had no idea either, just that it was apparently Scottish.
(Also that shoulder holster is definetly for a Colt of some kind, i’d say SAA, though perhaps Smith & Wesson Model 29 is also a choice? No idea either, i also saw the jacket of loneliness, so if i wasn’t so much of a pussy i would’ve bought it to make the full Travis Bickle combo)
Overall cool place all around, saw lots of old west memorabilia (including a portrait pic of Jesse James), i ended up buying a flask and a Bumblebee Hot Wheels (don’t shame me, i needed it for my collection).(By the way, i bought the flash for Brisk iced tea, im not much of a drinker.)

Badass WW2-era (?) Scottish basket claymore, great antique

sooo how exactly do you hold that
The basket is covering the handle of the hilt, hard to see with the red fabric, mostly for decoration
