A basic figure can be good but that doesnt mean use a base fig, add some clothes, make a bland backstory, list off some characteristics, and call it a day

Needs more detail, possibly a list of abilities, if they have any, more descriptive/specific description, go to thesaurus.com so your description isnt so bland, maybe lower some of the stats so if you make a series with them, they dont start off as powerful, maybe a slightly more creative name. Overall Pretty bland, not very interesting, but not horrible

first things first id like to ask if you got the oblivion realm idea from the elder scrolls series, because it kinda sounds like it, second the fig could definitely use some work, details, clothes, some kind of designs/tattoos or something to show his personality better, i like the idea, but think you need more detail, about his past, about his family, about his friends (if he has any), i rated it so low because i think there are a lot of things you can improve on,
Over all pretty decent, keep trying to improve, maybe add a list of his abilities, strengths, skills, and weaknesses
