People shouldn’t decide for your hobbies, if you want to stick to the program, do it. If you want to continue improving, stay (or switch animation software but that’s basically your own preference).
Choose how you want to live and not let others do it for you.

To check your badges simply go to your profile, it’ll be under your bio.
Concerning the stickfigure, it was likely not accepted.
The average wait time for submissions to go up is around 1-2.5 weeks. Anything longer than that and it was likely denied.-

That is because you have none. To get some badges, for example, try to get 10 submissions accepted for mega noder, or report a stickfigure. (Make sure it’s actually stolen/an infraction on the rules or you will be punished for false reporting) for Occifer.
