A person injected this poor guy to elongate his tongue and arms and to widen his mouth.
He can survive multiple injuries including tanks crushing it or a plane crash, he was said to regrow limbs.
He’s mostly innactive.

And the eyeballs were enlarged too for the aim of better vision but instead it was too large for the skull and made made it cry blood and change color
