honestly not sure if it will be a real thing
the main use for MC submissions, as I see it, would be to have your character be pre-assembled instead of having to deal with a pack
else…everyone is just gonna download “Fire Pack”, turn it into a movieclip, and then submit “Fire Movieclip”

Rain,…snow,aura,those ki charge things I added you about a long time ago, beams, Arcade Fighters Movieclips, …I can’t think of anything else
