nah you ain’t suck
i’ve seen much “worse” animations
this was actually animated well for what it was, that quick nonsense humor
just a little too fast, seems you’re just doing key-pose to key-pose and letting the tweening do all the in-between work when really you should animate some of that in-between stuff yourself so it doesn’t look so robotic

you’re basically creating the 3 frames i pointed at in the blue arrows
you really should add at least some of the other frames shown here as well
they give a sense of motion, momentum, and speed rather than just quick linear robotic movements

Just in case. He’s referring to inbetweens. But some other principles like this also will help greatly.
