Not gonna lie, it is a Roblox f3x game, so anatomy doesn’t really matter anyway. It’s not really that deep though you are right the ankle joint is too high.

im aware that fnaf endoskeletons arent really the most realistic thing ever, but they should follow basic anatomy for the joints atleast
