Sorry to hear that, it’s good that you have a brace to help build the strength in your spine and its smaller connective muscles, hoping that it works well for you.
I understand the gym or working out might seem daunting or uncomfortable but even some kind of controlled exercises to help strengthen your back should help more than none at all or just a brace. I’m no doctor but from what i’ve read, controlled movements and more to help strengthen the spine can help.

thank u!!! its really uncomfortable to do stuff because it basically welds almost all of my spine together, and i only have basic movement
its like those random stickfigures that have no middle joints for some reason, if youve ever seen those
but it does feel kinda comfy, it is tight and it feels somewhat nice i guess.. but it does get sweaty and itchy after a little bit of a while so.. ehhh
i have to wear it 2-3 hours first week then increase to like 4-6 hours escond week and third week i ahve to go for like 18 hours for a year </3
