its only slightly visible when not active, like its dark and you can kind of see it but barely, like very barely
it only becomes neon when in use

the intent is for it to be a design for the vulture, from spiderman
it takes notes from the homecoming design such as a full dark grey mask and a dark green coat with fluff, but i put my own spin on it for the most part
such as it being able to emit a sonic scream from the mask that, as before, only lights up when in use
Oh damn, sounds cool
Reminds me of the Spider-Man Noir vulture in a way
