I made a new a oc his name is Billy(aka 8416)and his a failed experiment but he ended up breaking out of his containment chamber.He looks like a teenager but he doesn’t know how old he is so he enrolled himself into a high school made a couple of friends.He has fire powers and is really good at making gadgets and is great with weapons and he’s an assassin.
