I think something a lot of animators struggle with is dialogue, it always sounds so off or just edgy.
Here it’s alright but I have some criticisms.
1. Saying old man to a hedgehog that has no distinguishable features in terms of age doesn’t seem to add up much, maybe it’s known the age but I have no idea.
2. If bloody sonic is asking sonic to face him and then sonic agrees, saying ‘ So be it ‘ afterwards doesn’t make much sense since sonic already agreed to fight him ‘ Okay old man ‘, saying so be it is applied in a sort of accepting ‘fine, have it your way’ kind of way so it sounds off.
This is just a test for my upcoming animation
I also updated the exe model for example, modified muzzle and loss of tounge

the movement, while kinda bad (robotic and you’re moving just 1 part of the body at a time), still looks really creepy so you’re on the right track
