Nice motion blur on the spear, lighting is quite good, but the backgrounds look so good, damn ! You nailed the perspectives.

Though the stair walking is a bit too abrupt and the sudden change from front to back is jarring, you could add the side-view when he’s turning up the stairs if you got one, hell even a 3/4th view would be nice but… Let’s be honest, 3/4ths are exhausting and not a lot of people are going to appreciate the effort you put into that view anyways

Also, maybe the lighting could be improved ? On the second video you can clearly see the light bulb is orange, but the light on the characters is kinda yellow-ish ?

There’s not much to improve, just keep making those little tweaks and your animation will go from good to great
