but the first people who join them are the people youtube has already banished
aka the “wrongthink” people
so then what you have is a site full of “wrongthinkers” who Big Tech keeps down under the guise of “get a load of these hateful bigots on this hateful platform, stay away!”
so these new platforms can’t gain traction-
…google won’t give them search results, nor ad revenue
…the app store won’t accept their apps or will constantly give it a hard time
…patreon/paypal bans anyone if they have a cousin who knows a guy who once laughed at a right-wing meme
they have an oligopoly on technology, Google, Apple, Facebook, the big three – and twitter if you want to clump them in
the gatekeepers of social media preventing competition under the guise of benevolent billionaires, utopian wokeness, and lgbt profile pictures
they forget what the golden days of the internet was like

Funny, since i learned how to set videos as ‘not interested’, my recommend has been infested with 50 seconds or shorter clips from like 5 years ago and i swear those are always the funniest.
But yeah, ironic how the cultures to do with ‘acceptance’ are always the most racist, sexist and exclusivist. It’s exactly shy I’ve blocked every mainstream media, politics or any news source like those till none remain

Kid friendly vs kid targeting.
They want to stop targeting children with those else and spiderman shiz etc. But are fine with content that can appear to all audience. And won’t have any harm in a kid seeing it.
