Anyway the lore behind it is that they live in hell. No one knows the real name of their breed so they are called Scivil

Vil = Wickedness

Ralph is on a lower level under them.
Anyway there main purpose is not to be evil. They control it. They are passive creatures that is older than time.
The “Users” people like me and you are on the lowest level. The most we can do is re-shape our bodys. Which is why some people look like animals.
Some people are stronger Shifters (Users) For example epitaph.
