I’ll head out for the day with somewhat of a controversial opinion.

I see a lot of people on a lot of platform always talk about how old X used to be better and how it become worse. I feel this is a sense of blind nostalgia, because when you lived in these golden times, they were just as basic as you were.

However, some of their opinions are correct, some games do take a bit of fall so much. That their previous state becomes better gradually.

Look at Call of Duty, I remember this was pinnacle of shooting game and how far have the game fall into incredibly greedy game.

It was a beloved franchise. But who cares about their fans am I right? Gotta charge 80 dollars and watch as they’ll rise it to 100.

I didn’t make this post about game pricing. I think it’s another topic by itself.

The main thing **I argue** is nostalgia is dumb and it always cherrypick every moment you’ve experienced in your life. It’s ok, even good to feel nostalgic about old times.

But never be blinded by it.
