Idea: Half-infecteds
People who were not fully infected, because they managed to get cured, but only partially, and might have an advantage from that, because they will have their normal abilities combined with the infected’s abilities, but the “infected part” will constantly try to take control of them, something that can be eradicated by using their own abilities on themselves, what do you think?

Perhaps a cure will be developed at some point, but that cure is still in its early stages, and that’s what I mean by “they were partially cured.”

Infected Items?
I don’t know maybe certain Items get and insane buff and Debuff? Better than having half infected cause that doesn’t make sense. Unless there is stages to the infection.
