It’s not that tricky actually, for each limb or node that you can see is at the edge, create another one of it and flip it by X and Y ‘Flip segment X’ then push it back and finally make it thicker and whatever colour you’d like the outline to be.

In the creation menu there is options to ‘Push forward’ and ‘Push back’, use these to push the nodes behind the area you want an outline.
