Unfortunately arcade fighters uses movieclips on stick nodes to function, but for the actual game you may have a chance.
I have 0 clue how he would function in the game. Quote basically has infinite power. He’s got a paintbrush that can summon anything and everything. If he wants snake, boom. Jotaro, boom. Dio, boom. You get the idea.
